A practical alternative to wheel clamps

The Barnacle® attaches to the windscreen using powerful suction cups, blocking the driver’s view. Staff can place it without kneeling beside a wheel, while authorised drivers can remove it themselves using a release code and return it to the designated location.

How The Barnacle works

  1. Place and activate
    Authorised staff record the parking violation, place The Barnacle on the windscreen and activate it according to their organisation’s procedures.

  2. Arrange release
    The driver follows the instructions on the device and completes any required payment or verification. Once authorised, they receive a release code and remove the device following the provided guidance.

  3. Return the device
    The driver returns The Barnacle to the designated location, ready for collection and reuse.
